Feeling frustrated with a weight stall even though I’m getting my workouts in and in a respectable daily calorie deficit(I do keto FYI). I started off so strong and lost 4+ lbs but the scale is being kind of a dick right now! Anyone else feeling like this today?

Kaitlyn, 9 pounds is great! I had my second son in January and have lost 25lbs since Jan 28th. Hormones don’t help the situation haha. Stalls really do suck though, even when you see physical changes. It messes with my head and I question if I’m really seeing anything changing. I need to get over being so dependant on the scale, but yes, the DietBet part makes that tricky lol.
