Y’all!! I thought I wasn’t going to win by over a pound yesterday while doing a quick weigh in for myself. I made a couple extra laps around the house and increased my water intake. Shockingly I’ve made weigh in goal by and extra 0.4 under the weight. I about cried. Yes because I hadn’t lost the game but mostly because now I’m 15.6 pounds less than I was 59 days ago when I started my first dietbet. Last time I couldn’t wait for the cheeseburger dinner with fries and cake. However this time I won’t splurge as much on the fries and sweets and head back into the gain!! Ive worked those cravings out of me. Most importantly I feel better, my mind is clearer and those clothes in the back of the closet now fit again. Congrats everyone!! If your didn’t meet your challenge goal hold your head up high on an new attempt. Remember today is a new day and you can start again with a renewed focus on your goals.
