How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

First dietbet. Says to submit weigh in Saturday midnight. Does it need to be at the time or anytime after as long as it’s by day 1? I’m going out of town wondering if I need to pack the scale. Thanks!

It’s usually 48 hours before and 2 weeks after

The weighing in 48h before the game starts is a concession that allows you to stretch those 28 days a little. You can also weigh in up to 2 weeks into the game, but this you'll only have 2 weeks left to lose the same 4% as everybody else. 1 day into the game (28 day count starts Monday) is absolutely fine and shouldn't make things more difficult with the 4 percent
