  • Hey everyone, good morning! Just did a weigh in this morning and I'm down 1.6 lbs. Not a lot but I'm happy the scale is going down. I just started to eat healthy during the weekend and did 1 hour of walking each day. This morning I made myself smoothies so I can drink it throughout the day. Here is a pic below??. I hope everyone has a great day. May we all be successful during the dietbet and after.

Your definitely right Carlee, but for me I add oats to my smoothies and helps me keep full. I also alternate my smoothie days with full meal days. It helps me a lot.
