For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

WELCOME EVERYONE!

Our bet has officially begun!

I'm so excited to be your trainer during this Diet Bet!

If you aren't familiar with me, I'm a NASM and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer with a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, and a group fitness instructor. I've been working in the fitness industry for many years, and 5 years ago started my BodyFit by Amy You Tube Channel.  I'm also a busy mom of two!  You can follow me on Instagram and Facebook or check out my website to find out more.

Here is our WORKOUT CALENDAR for the next four weeks! There are different videos for each day, with 4 days of workouts the first two weeks, and five the last two weeks. I give lots of options and modifications for different fitness levels, but you can also check out my Beginner/Low Impact Workouts if you need other options. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a mat.

I am here for you! I'll be posting and checking in throughout the week, but please let me know what questions you have and how I can help. Feel free to drop your questions below and tell me a little bit about you and why you're here.

Go to the weigh in tab and click Submit Official Weigh In. It'll give you your word in there. You can back in and out as much as you'd like until you submit your pics.
