I've sworn off any alcohol during this diet bet. I just make such bad food decisions when alcohol is involved. That should help me stay on my path this weekend. Also planning on some long walks if the weather cooperates

Im working all weekend but I'm going to cook today and gave good food available. The other 3 things im focusing on are water, sleep, and a little walk outside!
