For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Happy Weekend Friends!

For many of us, it's a holiday weekend! I know this can make staying on track difficult but don't stress! Here are a few tips:

Be the friend that brings the healthy dish to the party! Veggies and hummus (I'll share a recipe for this!), fresh fruit, veggies for the grill, even a nut and cheese platter!

Don't deprive yourself, just watch portions! Try little bites of things of just a taste, that way you don't feel like you're missing out.

Eat healthy before the party. Start your day with a Green Smoothie or something to "Pretox"

Watch your alcohol intake. I know, I know, but it can make a huge difference in calories! I'll also be sharing my Healthy Sangria recipe later today :)

Get moving! Get those workouts in! Even though our workout schedule is only 4 or 5 days a week, add in an extra workout. Here are a few quick cardio specific options!

25 Minute Low Impact Cardio
20 Minute Cardio HIIT
10 Minute Low Impact Cardio HIIT
25 Minute Bodyweight HIIT
