How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

We are almost there, friends!

First off, a gentle reminder (again) not to do anything crazy the next few days to try to make your goal. Severely restricting calories or water, or over exercising doesn't usually work, and only hurts us in the long run. Don't do it!

Also a reminder that no matter what the scale says, you are ALL WINNERS! I know it sounds cheesy but it's true! You are ending this bet stronger, fitter, leaner and healthier than you were when you started. If you dropped some pounds, great. If you didn't don't stress! You will get there---stay patient and trust the process. The true goal of these Diet Bets are to ditch some old habits and develop some new ones and set you up for LONG TERM SUCCESS, not just four weeks.
