How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

YOU DID IT!

No matter what the scale says, you did it. You finished the game stronger, fitter, healthier, and I hope HAPPIER than you were four weeks ago. No matter what, you worked hard. Even just by signing up for this bet, you made a commitment to your health and you should be proud of that!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Jun 11 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

We are almost there, friends!

First off, a gentle reminder (again) not to do anything crazy the next few days to try to make your goal. Severely restricting calories or water, or over exercising doesn't usually work, and only hurts us in the long run. Don't do it!

Also a reminder that no matter what the scale says, you are ALL WINNERS! I know it sounds cheesy but it's true! You are ending this bet stronger, fitter, leaner and healthier than you were when you started. If you dropped some pounds, great. If you didn't don't stress! You will get there---stay patient and trust the process. The true goal of these Diet Bets are to ditch some old habits and develop some new ones and set you up for LONG TERM SUCCESS, not just four weeks.

I'll be posting some more information the next couple of days on how to stay on track, including signing up for my newsletters and Monthly Workout Calendar and more!

Lol not getting enough water causes water retention for me so my goal is to drink as much as I can. I don't have a large intestine so as long as I consume electrolytes I can't invest water...
