I've fallen off the diet wagon 😔 I had a work 'meeting' last night that involved wine, cheese & canapes. I told myself I could have 2 glasses of wine and try the different types of cheese.

I got carried away chatting & drinking, ended up sozzled and ate cheese for dinner... Now I'm hungover and want to eat all the food! #regret

Does anyone else get an insatiable hunger when they are hungover?

Oh yes. McDonald's breakfast is my best friend when I'm hungover :joy:

Advil and lemon water! I typically want grease so if I have to cave I would make something at home like an egg sandwich with sprouted grain toast. It feels like junk food but sightly healthier done at home with good ingredients. Also sweat it out with a workout and then sleep!
