  • It’s #transformationtuesday ‼ here’s my progress in less than 3 months! Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come. Saturday night I went out with some friends and when getting ready I tried on some pants that I was expecting to still be too small only to find they’re too big now! Ugh! But hey new wardrobe here I come 😎 I’m investing in a lot of leggings and stretchy stuff going forward! At least those will fit across a variety of sizes lol

Amelia yes I am. The program I’m on is called Profile by Sanford as in Sanford health. It’s bars and shakes and a meal plan. I’ve seen great results!
