  • First bet smashed (12 lbs!), and I do light work outs at home. I used to eat gardein, beyond meat, soy curls etc, but couldn't lose anything. Since March, I've only eaten ancient grains (there are pastas) , seeds, seeded fruits and veggies, chickpeas (also pastas). I work from home and I'm creative, so it's never boring, but I do have the occasional Earth Burger and fries. Stoked!
