How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

If you commented on the May 16 Challenge Check In post, please be sure to check your email. The winner has 24 hours to reply with verification.

Also, when you comment on the Challenge Check In post, please do not post pictures. I know it seems logical to do so, but if everyone posted pictures, it makes the post really long to scroll through when you're trying to count through the comments to find the winner.

And for those who may be wondering -
I take the number of comments. Put that number into random.org. That website gives me a random number. I count down to that comment that coincides with that number (i.e. If the number is 32, I count down to the 32nd comment.). I then send an email to that person using the email address associated with his/her DietBet profile.
