Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    How you describe a Sunday "well spent" may be different than how I describe it.  But the point is do what makes you happy.  Do what makes you feel at peace.  Do what fills your soul.

    For me, it usually means grocery shopping in the morning (Saturdays are spent at lax fields typically), catching up on things we didn't do during the week, prepping a few things for the upcoming week and then an afternoon doing something fun. Now that the weather is warmer and nicer, today that will mean some kayaking.

I’m doing a 30 day conservation challenge - 30 days in row - hiking in a different conservation land each day. Today was day 28 - beautiful Sunday hike with my sister!
