  • HAPPY WEEK 2 EVERYONE!!! If you fell off track this weekend, it’s time to forget about it and move on. There is nothing you can do about it now! Get 100% back on track and move forward! This week, I want to talk about how important it is to know proper serving sizes. This is something that came as a shock to me when I began counting calories and had to weigh/measure my food. I was WAY over eating so many things...
This is something that is SO quick and easy to do, there really is no excuse to not at least give it a try. I know for some people this seems over the top, but to me it’s just being conscious about the amount of food I’m putting into my body. Most people THINK they know appropriate serving sizes, but if you’ve never weighed or measured before, how would you know? If you’ve been at a stall or what you’re currently doing isn’t working and you do not weigh and measure your food, please consider giving it a try. It really is eye opening. So to encourage some of you who may be against it or have just never tried, I’m giving away the exact food scale and measuring cups/spoons I use on a daily basis! All you have to do to enter is comment below letting me know if you do or don’t currently track and your thoughts on it! A winner will be announced on Friday! Good luck everyone and let’s make week number 2 amazing!!

You’re so right! When I used to measure proper serving sizes, initially I was shocked! Then, I really got on track with eating better portions. Somewhere along the way, I fell off the wagon but definitely want to get back on track with this!

I do track my food. At first it was stressful figuring it all out. I really feel a lot better, seem full longer and the amount of food I can have with my meal plan really seems like to much food most of the time. So glad I have made these changes!!
