How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Morning, all! So health and weight are more than just about eating and moving. Sleep is very important to the whole weight loss/maintenance equation, and last night, I worked til 4 in the morning 😯, and therefore am very sleep deprived today. :/ It can wreak havoc on eating patterns as well and hormones related to weight, so, I could really use some accountabilibuddies to make sure I don't forgo sleep for work during this transformer. Good health habits all around!!

Planning really is so important, and I didn't do it this week. Turning the cell off is so radical lol, but hmmmmm.... Ok ok I am inspired to continue to work on better sleep habits. Thanks everyone!
