How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

So the past two days, I have missed my gym trips.

I had planned to go to the gym every day before work. The problem is that I want to spend time with my husband when he gets home from work and he works a swing shift, so he's off at 11pm. We're often up until 1am as a result. I need to be at work by 9am, so I tend to set my alarm for 6am to ensure I can wake up, get my exercise in, get ready for work, and deal with the commute.

Planning ahead from here, I think I'm going to go on my days off and the mornings after his days off.

Well, I use my apartment complex's gym, so fortunately I don't have a membership fee to worry about when I miss a day or two. :)

Not that he'd want to work out right after work...but maybe your spouse may meet you in the gym once a week?
