How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I learned something about myself today. If I'm going to workout I need to do it right after I wake up. I found myself trying to talk myself out of going simply because I was laying in bed. This diet bet is really helping me stay accountable to myself. I have goals. Goals for a healthy leaner me. I'm reaching them this time. One day, one meal and one workout at a time. #goals #selflove

Good for you! It’s nice to find what works :)

Same here! I woke up early and actually felt awake but I went back to bed, then started thinking that I should go on a walk now, rather than after work so I got up and went. What a concept! I had a beautiful start to my day and I feel great! SO much better than if I had dozed for another hour. I'm going to keep doing that because I have big goals this month and I want to see if I can achieve them but it will take my best effort. So I'm gonna just do it and give myself a chance to succeed. New mindset --> mornings are awesome! We got this!
