Most of the battle is mental, not physical. Best “trick” I had was find a seltzer water or no calorie drink so when you get cravings you have something to look forward to until it becomes habit. One of my favorite things to do was come home during lunch break and crack open my lime seltzer.

Have some bone broth soup ready. When you hit that point when you absolutely must have something, it’s the only thing your can have and still be considered Fasting.
