Do you find cauliflower rice as filling as actual rice? I'm a vegetarian who has more 100% plant based days than anything else so I eat A LOT of rice and I'm very curious about switching to cauliflower rice

I feel just as full and actually better when I eat it. I don't feel so bloated. But I usually have it full of vegetables or mushrooms that help bulk it up... so definitely feeling.
