I feel like this weight loss in the last week is going by so. SLOW. This is my first DietBet and I’m afraid of losing.

For my last week, I increase my water, lower carbs, increase sleep. I didn't win my first dietbet, but benefitted from the posts and healthy choices it had me making. It was a good investment...cheaper than 1 month at the gym!
