How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

7 days! And I have come to realize that I’m not going to make my goal, but I am not giving up either. Going to work hard these next 7 days to be better than when I started.

Anyone signing up for another one after? And if so, which one. I want to keep going.

One thing to take away is that on the 2nd week, I was 50% at goal and resorted back to old habits. One thing that helped me a lot the first week was instead of mindlessly scrolling on insta & going through stories on snap chat I just hopped on here and it felt nice to read everyone’s posts and stay motivated and be interactive, but I fell back into old habits. I just completely disregarded that I was in a diet bet. So that did not help. But we learn and we keep going, one day at a time.

On my next bet, VICTORY will be mine!!!

I want to do another one too! Just not sure which one

If you weigh out at the end lower than you were at the start you’re a winner in my book. :)
