I've been stuck at 236 for a few days but I am hoping the scale rewards me by the weekend. I was 234 last week but a few hard workouts and a day of high sodium foods got the best of me. I'm hoping I can stick it out and keep on track long enough to see results again. I dont think I can handle another long plateau!

In my opinion a plateau is still progress! As long as you are taking care of yourself via nutrition and exercise you are making progress.! Always move forward and don’t get hung up on where you were or where you are. It’s all about where you’re going!!
