How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

So yesterday I was just OUNCES from my 164.5 goal and today I woke up at 169... I did go over my calories the other day but not enough that I should reasonably be up more than 4 pounds! I am a few days away from my period so I feel like at least a couple of the pounds is that bloating but man it's sooooo annoying to be so close to your goal one day and wake up the next morning feeling bloated, dehydrated, and 4 pounds up... Yikes

Wow that really sucks!!! I feel you :( I haven’t lost much from my goal, and I don’t understand why. I’m going to a nutritionist, taking a treatment for my thyroid, exercising 2 hours a day and nothing . It’s really frustrating :pensive:

Water weight really messes with you! I'm the same way. I gain 5 "pounds" from my period every month and then it shoots back down a few days after it starts. Just drink a lot of water to help your body flush :)
Also working out hard makes you retain some water-it helps heal your overworked muscles.
