I'm trying this whole intermittent fasting thing and distracting my cravings with herbal tea.. does anyone have good tips for staying on track?

Flavoured electrolyte water helps! Or stevia pops. Anything with flavour distracts me and consuming the liquid itself makes me feel full in the mean time :)

Drink lots of water. Stay busy, go walk around the park or mall. And remember the hunger comes in waves. It will fade again soon
