Absolutely no motivation to go to the gym the past three days. I keep waking up so tired and just going back to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be different. 😕

Don't *hope* tomorrow is different. *MAKE* tomorrow different. Instead of going back to bed, or to the gym that you're not motivated for, make yourself take a focused, purposeful 5 minute walk.

I am planning on changing up my food intake. I’m really bad at eating breakfast and sometimes lunch depending on how busy I get at work. I do know some of why I’m tired. I’m on blood thinners for a lung disease that I have so I know that that sometime makes me tired when I have to adjust my dosage. I’m definitely going to make this week better. Im planning on just going to bed earlier and seeing if that will help.
