  • Nutrition Tip: Keep Healthy Easy To Prepare Snacks Around!

    When the hunger hits be prepared with those healthy easy accessible snacks. This will help you avoid grabbing for the junk food. A little prep and planning will result in some big results!!!

    Some ideas could include whole fruits, nuts, baby carrots, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs........

    What quick and healthy snacks do you keep around to help keep hunger in check?

    I love having pistachios in the pantry. I splurge with this item and get them shelled!

This week i'm having in-season cherries with roasted, unsalted almonds for afternoon snacks. I also always keep a box of mini Kind bars around for times when i dont have time for prep.
