Definitely has been a tough week, but thankfully a new one is just starting!! I just finished a 37 hour fast, and I'm ready to conquer the week, we got this guys!! Let's crush our goals!

1500 is my goal too! I had to stop tracking, though. It made me obsessed and then I’d burn out. I have to be casual about it. :D I just make sure I’m eating smaller meals and have some treat meal once or twice a week. Doing well so far!! Down 20 in the past two months. Thanks for all your inspo Dani!
