How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Favorite easy low carb dinner! Keto “pizza”
    1 cup shredded mozzarella
    1/4 cup parmesan
    Italian seasoning
    Turkey pepperoni
    Red pepper flakes (optional)
    Sriracha (optional)
    Put cheese, seasoning and pepperoni on a non stick pan and let it simmer with a cover on it (about 7 min)
    Remove lid and turn off heat and then let it set for a few min
    There you have it! Super simple 💕

Weighed this morning and was pleasantly surprised at what flashed back at me, down 2 pounds this week!! Woot woot! It wasn’t the best week between work, crazy busy home life, and being a super stressful time of year I was only expecting it to move very little. Just goes to show that I am finally getting my emotional eating under better control and gives me a little more confidence and boost to keep going!!
