Y’all, this is so random but I’m curious if anyone knows .
About two and a half weeks ago I caught a gnarly stomach bug (and I never get sick) anyways, once I felt better I tried to get moving again. However, every time I engage my abs (getting out of bed, having sex, using restroom, etc.) it brings on this horrrrible headache that just lingers and doesn’t go away with my preferred pain reliever. Is this possible? Lol. It’s really affecting my weight loss efforts as my head is killing me and I don’t want to leave my bedroom (that means going up the stairs and brings it back badly).

I plan to go to doctor but was curious if anyone has heard of this.
