  • Good morning everyone! Sorry for no post yesterday! I was traveling all day and so exhausted! ALLLLLL of these things in this photo are so important and are things I’ve learned from losing my weight. Sure we all wanna lose weight, but developing this mindset/habits will help you keep it off LONG term which is what matters! I think the one I struggled with most at the start of my journey was “something is always better than nothing”. I always felt like I HAD to go to the gym to have a good workout and that’s not true at all! Now I love taking my baby on walks as some quick fun activity! Which one of these do you struggle with most? Be conscious of these everyday!

I have found I can only allow myself fun food on the weekend. Otherwise one at it all the time. Working on that whole self control thing.

I don’t make sleep a priority- I work full time+, have a 3 & 2 year old and the list goes on with chores and life (my husband does help a ton - but still so much to do all the time!) so I just get about maybe 5 hours of sleep a night :confused: - I don’t know if I need more though cuz when I do get more I actually feel more tired - weird
