I found a way to trick myself. I always plan to go to the gym in the evening. I even lay out my clothes! But I always get home and say, “Too tired! Maybe another time!” Well today I packed a bag with all my gym things so I had NO EXCUSE. I drove straight to the gym! And yeah, I was tired, but not too tired to work out! I put in 45 minutes, which would have been zero had I driven home to change first! Yay.
