For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I want you all to know that I want my DietBet to be a PROPELLER for your weight loss journey. Not a quick fix. Not 4 weeks of extreme effort and then stopping. 4 weeks of gaining ideas, extra motivation, support, and knowledge to be able to continue AFTER the 4 weeks is over. Which is another reason I make posts not just focusing on the scale and the weight goal. Yes DietBet is about losing 4% in 4 weeks. But there’s SO much more than that. If you don’t hit your goal during this DietBet, I want you to be PROUD of yourself for 1.) Joining in the first place 2.) ANY amount of weight you lost even if it didn’t hit the goal. I have learned how to after one small messup to get back on track versus throwing it all down the drain by binge eating! Because I knew weigh in was coming up I stuck to my guns and got more strict!

“Your body doesn’t know it’s the weekend” is the best! Friends/family always say “come on, it’s the weekend” but it doesn’t matter. Gotta stay on top of it!
