I've struggled with the summertime treats that are everywhere and feeling like everything right now is a "special occasion"! Trying to balance saying yes occasionally to keep my morale up but also saying no when it's something that's not actually all that special. I'm dialing it all in this week and planning satisfying meals that meet my goals, and crossing my fingers it gets me across the finish line!
