  • I always get really hungry when I get home from work, and often end up eating junk because im too impatient to make something better! Managed to make some carrot sticks instead today though! How do you guys plan for triggers like this?

I have the same problem! Starving from 4pm until dinner which is usually around 7-8 as my husband works later hours.

I know some people have their shakeology between lunch and dinner. I keep carrot sticks on hand! And lately I’ve been smashing up some avocados adding tomatoes and onions to it as well as garlic salt and portioning out a little and dipping my carrots into it!! So satisfying and it’s more veggies! And some days I have a beach bar.
