While I am home I do great. At work is a different story. When I sit at my desk...all I want to do it snack and drink soda.

I have my water right in front of me. I have veggies right in front of me. I drink the water the and eat the veggies but before I know it I am going to the vending machine. It's like I dont even realize it until after.

Has anyone else had this issue...how did you break the mindless habits?

And also eat protein and carbs with fiber. Like carrots and apples with peanut butter. Or Greek yogurt with berries and zucchini sticks on the side.

I love the idea of leaving the wallet at home EXCEPT...I work at a bank...lol. I cant chew gum which sucks. It's weird becuase I am not hungry ...its just like I pick up a soda and not even realize it.
