  • The final weigh out is coming up and I honestly don’t know where I stand. I was away for the past 4 days without a scale and won’t know my weight until tomorrow morning. The most important thing of all is knowing that signing up for this dietbet certainly made me more conscious and definitely will leave me with a weight loss from when I started, whether it’s the 4% goal or not. Plus the $35 was certainly a worthy investment because I ended up saving more than that by being more focused. For example, packing food in advance for the plane rather than getting something on the plane or in the airport, not ordering the extra cocktails, and convincing my husband that we didn’t need to order the appetizers and dessert when out. I am so thankful for the experience and am definitely going to sign up for the next one for all these reasons and more. Plus, I’m still hoping I’ll win!!! Where is everyone else holding? What positive outcomes have you gotten from the experience?

Yes! Couldn’t agree with you more. I’ve definitely become more intentional and self aware. I’ve realized the food for that meal is enough, I don’t need all the extras. I’ve also learned that certain cocktails cause me to have inflammation and it’s not worth the bloat the next day. So glad I signed up for this & will be in the next one

I lost about half of what I had intended to lose. But I’ve learned that I don’t need snacks and a lot of the time it’s emotional or boredom eating. I’ve become more focused on trying to stay busy and the two bunnies!
