For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Soooo close!! I was just shy of about a pound to hit the goal and would maybe hit it if I waited an hour or so but I need to drink some water, have some breakfast and get on with my day! I’m still sooo happy and pleased with the fact that I lost a few pounds. I can’t wait for the next one starting July 29 which will be on a better calendar schedule for me (PMS wise- sorry gentlemen). yes- it is fun to win but it’s really more about the journey, focus, strength and consistency through the ever tempting summer that we should all be so proud of. For all those of you who won- biggest biggest congrats!!! I salute you!! And admire your strength and dedication! and to all those of you who lost weight in this community, huge huge congrats!!!! I doubt your coworkers, neighbors and friends can say they lost weight this past month through the 4th of July and summer events!!!!   • The final weigh out is coming up and I honestly don’t know where I stand. I was away for the past 4 days without a scale and won’t know my weight until tomorrow morning. The most important thing of all is knowing that signing up for this dietbet certainly made me more conscious and definitely will leave me with a weight loss from when I started, whether it’s the 4% goal or not. Plus the $35 was certainly a worthy investment because I ended up saving more than that by being more focused. For example, packing food in advance for the plane rather than getting something on the plane or in the airport, not ordering the extra cocktails, and convincing my husband that we didn’t need to order the appetizers and dessert when out. I am so thankful for the experience and am definitely going to sign up for the next one for all these reasons and more. Plus, I’m still hoping I’ll win!!! Where is everyone else holding? What positive outcomes have you gotten from the experience?

Yes! Couldn’t agree with you more. I’ve definitely become more intentional and self aware. I’ve realized the food for that meal is enough, I don’t need all the extras. I’ve also learned that certain cocktails cause me to have inflammation and it’s not worth the bloat the next day. So glad I signed up for this & will be in the next one

I lost about half of what I had intended to lose. But I’ve learned that I don’t need snacks and a lot of the time it’s emotional or boredom eating. I’ve become more focused on trying to stay busy and the two bunnies!

  • It’s not too late to get it together. Even if you aren’t sure you’ll hit the 4% goal, you still signed up for this to be lighter than when you started and YOU CAN DO THAT!!! Get out that water and don’t forget more water more weight loss.

  • Omg scale is saying I hit my goal this morning! Now to keep it down and strong until the official weigh out! I have to say a huge thank you to all of you! This has been such a fun and exciting experience doing this dietbet with all of you! You’re all amazing and I couldn’t have done it without you. I am starting another one right after this one titled “Get on track Before School comes back” and I hope you all do it with me to stay on point and progressing forward if you have more weight to lose. Because as we all know, if it’s not in the calendar, it doesn’t get done. Now what’s the plan for the weekend so we keep slaying towards our final weigh out!???

Didn’t have a weight loss day so I need to study my tracker (although I doubt that dark chocolate helped the situation lol). So today, I started with more water (for more weight loss) and did a much harder workout. I didn’t do the workout “to burn more calories,” but to prove to myself how strong I am and how proud I am of my body regardless of my weight today. Looking forward to making today a weight loss day! Be sure to keep your mindset positive and strong always! And I just uploaded a new podcast if you need ongoing motivation and positivity. Search “food chat muhlstein” on any podcast platform. I recommend starting at episode 1 if you never heard it. Let me know what you think!

  • No matter what happened this weekend, you still have the power to reach your goal. Make sure you’re always losing or learning and set a more concrete yet realistic plan for the coming week! You can do this!!

    I’m very excited about my progress but still have to stay consistent and focused. I always have my rule of “3 by 3”- 3 Big water bottles by 3pm. I added in “and 1 by 9,” and it really changed things! Yes, I have to get up in the middle of the night but I probably was anyway. It’s so much better. I feel so much lighter and well hydrated, especially in these long hot summer days.

  • Down .4 since Friday and feeling fly! Tracking at my daughters gymnastics class while getting in my water ounces. Already thinking about seeing another .4-.6 decrease by the morning and planning my day accordingly. Make it your focus and make it happen! My favorite part of Sunday’s is that we usually have an earlier dinner, which helps me and the scale the next day. What’s your plan for the rest of the day?? Let’s all make today a weight loss day!!! We can do it!

  • Remember, it’s not veggies some, it’s veggies most!!! If you need to amp up your weight loss and still feel full, veggies up your meals. It works!!!! Share below your favorite veggie recipes!!! We all can always use more inspo!

    Roasted mini bell peppers and cauliflower made by baking them at 350 for 45 minutes with olive oil spray and sea salt .
    .
    Slaw made with a dressing of 3 tablespoons of coconut aminos or soy sauce, 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon 1 olive oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons of minced ginger and 2 teaspoons of minced garlic .

  • Alright everyone, it’s time to lean in to the challenge and realize how sweet it’ll feel when our hard work and increased efforts pay off.

  • Who’s ready to rock this with me???? I’m so so excited! This is my first diet bet and I’m going to take it seriously. I’ve been in maintence mode for the past 8-9 months but I want to hit my 4% goal in the next 4 weeks and push myself and you all every step of the way!

    It may seem like just a few pounds but it’ll make a big difference- especially in the heat of the summer. We can do this!!

    I know for me, it’ll take daily tracking and I’m setting alarms in my phone now to make sure I do. What extra efforts are you planning to achieve your weight loss??
