Hello dietbetters! It is the start of our summer training, and I am looking foward to 4 weeks of continued progress! I know summer typically calls for cookouts, day trips, partys, vacations, and etc. so it can be easy to drift off track. But drifting off track doesn't equal the end of your journey, it's only just part of it! So when we drift off, we steer right back on.

Remember that living a healthy life doesn't mean living a restricted, boring, or bland life... it means living in a balance that fits your individual body and lifestyle!

Over the next 4 weeks, I want you to make it your goal to discover the balance that fits you. In regards to nutrition and exercise, it requires a sustainable approach. This means no fad or crash diets, no extreme restrictions, and no overexercising or forcing activities you genuinely dislike. Make changes that are maintainable for you for a lifetime!

Anyways, if you've already joined this game, remember that you have until before midnight tonight to submit your official weigh in (picture proof).
