  • Made a quick little trip out to cali, so I brought along some fresh fruit to snack on while on the road. IDK why, but I always have the urge to munch while in the car for extended periods of time LOL. And that urge is only intensified when I need to make pit stops for the restroom and gas. 😅 It's hard not to want to buy all the gas station goodies like chips, candy, and soda.

    But packing my own snacks prior helps me tremendously to fight that urge. Some of my favorite snacks to pack include fruit (fresh and dried), nuts, jerky, popcorn, and protein bars!

    What are some of your go to healthy snacks to munch on?
