How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • It's time for a challenge!

This challenge is for August 9th, and is optional.

Here's the challenge: Think about what has been the biggest roadblock for you in your weight loss success? And, what do you plan on doing now to change that and over come it?

When you complete the challenge comment below that you completed it, or if you're comfortable, let us know your answers! Then I'll put all the participants into a drawing Friday night for a $20 Amazon gift card or PayPal cash!

    Let's have a healthy day!

My biggest challenge is the social aspect of eating. I can do really well eating when I'm prepping and eating at home.
So many people want to hang out over dinner or drinks. It's so hard to keep proportions small when you are there for awhile.

My biggest roadblock is not getting out of my comfort zone. I know in order to make progress I need to get out of my comfort zone. To help me get out of my comfort zone, I signed up for a mud run and plan to go jogging a couple of times a week to help prepare for it. (Btw...I really dislike running/jogging)
