How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hello everyone I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to everyone that is already here!

    I'm Franny I have naturally lost 140 lbs., today I have actually hit my lowest adult weight ever of 191 lbs. which I still can not believe!! Dietbet has been apart of my life for the last 2 years and I have had the privilege of hosting 11 kickstarters and helping 8,500 people reach their weightloss goals! This is the first time I am helping host a Transformer but I am excited nonetheless!

    I began my own weightloss in 2016 just eating a low carb diet & a lot of cardio, when I say a lot I mean ALOT. It sucked I won't lie but 2016 was my sacrifice year, that was the year I dedicated 100% of my life to my weightloss & it was worth it, I lost 100lbs! 2017 I lost even more weight totaling 130 lbs.. 2018 came and I will admit I fell back into some old habits I was still working out but my food choices were lacking. January 2019 I weighed in at 221lbs (re-gain of 23lbs from my lowest) I was distraught and upset at myself. I quickly reminded myself how hard I had worked the previous years & immediately got back into gear and I 100% know dietbet has helped me get to where I'm at & I'm excited to help and cheer you all on through these first 2 months of the game! My current routine still includes a low carb diet cardio and my love for Crossfit.

I’m Rachel. I’m from Iowa. I live with my husband, 2 preschoolers and my dog. I enjoy taking photos and being in nature. I’ve struggled with weight since I had my kids. I piled on the pounds while pregnant and it hasn’t come off. Over the next 6 months, I hope to develop a really good morning and evening routine.
