Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Green tea and herbal teas has helped me with snacking alot! I wasn't a huge tea drinker before, but coffee has been my weapon of choice.

    Since starting dietbet i bought herbal teas and green tea. If i feel like snacking, I first make a hot and very large cup of tea. My cup is so big, that it takes ages to cool down, and drinking it also takes time. Very often i have realised that while I was spending time with my bowl of tea, I forgot that i had the urge to snack. :) Hope this becomes a new habit!

I LOVE tea! I have started drinking green tea since I started the diet bet. It is GREAT for curbing appetites...or at the very least, allowing time to step back and listen to what your body really needs before indulging in something just for the hell of it!
