Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Struggling to stay on track. Gained 2.5lbs from a binge I went on earlier this week. Been maintaining my weight for the last month. Not sure what I’m doing wrong...minus the one binge I had. I need some support and advice right now.

Maybe journalling would help? I have a journal, composition book, where I write down my food for the day, any new thoughts or ideas on health/weight loss, mantras, etc. I also list 3 things in my journal everyday that I'm thankful for. This really helps me.
