  • Successful week for me, finally back on track after the 4th of July festivities! Friday night workout 3 miles and shoulder workout and over 11k steps for me to start the weekend off right! Hope you all had a successful week and keeping your goals in mind.
    Weekends can be challenging and it being summer makes it that much harder. We go out, pool, vacations all possibilities for us to slip up but it’s always up to us to make better decisions. Tomorrow I have a friends birthday to go to but plan on keeping it low carb per usually!

    What’s everyone doing this weekend? How was your guys 2nd week? Would love to hear some updates!!

Sweet! For me this was a good weekend too. We had a surprise 50th party for my one childhood friend. First time ever I took a little of everything EXCEPT the hamburgers & hot dogs. Focused more on the salads (there was a wide variety and most were healthy)

Had some major cravings this week + headaches :( But I subbed in with some magnesium, upped my water and found some great low-cal boozey drinks so I didn't feel too deprived on the weekend. Planning for a cheat on Monday (22nd) so trying to steer all my grumpy FOMO-ey cravings until that day!
