How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I blew it with my calorie intake (....AGAIN). I hope I still can pull off making weight for round one. I wish there was someway to stop/prevent my massive binges that didn’t rely on my willpower or common sense or smart choices.

I found I binge less when I forgive myself more. I'm human. I will slip. I can't let that slip push me into another binge. The key (for me) is understanding acknowledging and starting over again with the next thing I eat, not the next day or week.

I went over many days this week. Then got back on track and am feeling better now, although it's late and I would love a bag of chips to snack on.........
