Happy Sunday Everyone! I’ve been MIA since I hurt my back. I worked out once last week and was feeling irritated that all my hard work was getting undone. I stuck to eating well and GUESS WHAT!!! This morning I weighed myself and I still lost weight! Huge sigh of relief and a major pat on the back for making good choices and NOT EATING MY FEELINGS LIKE I USED TO! Emotional eating was a problem for me - I would literally eat carbs until it made me so tired I could fall asleep. Yeah. Not doing that again. It’s tempting. But NO MORE! The 2nd month is almost done you guys! Thanks for all the motivation and good cheer!!!

Yes yes yes!!! Although exercise is a very good booster. And maybe you don’t have to do too much to see some benefits, eating is so much more important. You can easily undo any exercise achievements with some bad behaviors. I feel you on the emotional eating, but it sounds like you got this. Keep on the good work.
