At this point of my vacation I don’t even know what day it is anymore. It’s been crazy. After driving for about 24 hours we hit the next whole day walking around Boston. That was about 7 miles of walking. Yesterday, we spent over 12 hours in Salem for about 10 miles of walking. We ended the night with a walking ghost tour. Salem in October is INSANE! This morning we got up to head up the coast but first we went for the free breakfast at the hotel. I tried squeezing between chairs to get to an open table and in the process, knocked over an empty chair (because I didn’t fit), spilled my coffee on my hand and my water. At the moment I was so annoyed that I didn’t really feel embarrassed. Now my sister is telling me to use it as motivation but if anything it’s discouraging that after having lost 40 pounds It hasn’t gotten any easier.

Awww I’m sorry. Listen I do that all the time. I think most people do, it’s not always a reflection of size. You’re doing great, don’t be discouraged!
