How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hi all, I do not think I will be able to win this round or transformer. I am still 9 pounds away from this rounds goal. I am saying this for anyone else who has been trying and feels at a loss. I got the results of an extensive blood and hormone panel today. I am incredibly deficient in B12 and Vitamin D which according to the doctor can dramatically effect weight loss. If you feel stuck or frustrated please speak to your doctor! Some things are beyond our control despite all the efforts we put in!

I freeze my grapes (only a handful) in the morning and have them after dinner as a dessert. Helps curb the urge to make more dangerous choices. Added benefit: delicious!

  • Excuse my dirty mirror and the swiffer behind me. I had to share this NSV. I have not fit into the cardigan comfortably since I bought it. I have 3 different colors of the same one(I’m ridiculous I know) and this one they didn’t have my size when I bought it so I tried ordering a size down. Big mistake. It was SO TIGHT. It literally squeezed my arms so bad to wear it. Today I put it on, a little nervous, and it’s comfortable to wear! It fits great and I’m so excited!

Eat before you go. Don’t over restrict but balance your plate and start with a salad

Ive been feeling stuck this round with lots of stress and emotional eating going on, and the scale moving in the wrong direction. Thankfully today it’s going the right way, and I’m hopeful again. 3lbs to go! It’s amazing how one small success can turn around a hopeless attitude!
