How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

McGriddles from McDonald's are my kryptonite. My husband cooked dinner last night and I didnt realize until this morning that he used all the eggs, which are my go-to breakfast. Usually this would be an excuse to get a McGriddle but instead I went to the grocery store and pick up a healthier breakfast option to cook once I got to work. Pretty proud of myself! Small choices lead to progress.

Had to go to the doctors office today. This is the place that I normally avoid, especially if I know they are going to make me get on the scale. I wasn’t quite as nervous today, but I swear, those scales weigh you like 15 pounds heavier! (Who’s with me, I swear they are calibrated wrong! 😉)
But... I was worried for nothing today when I stepped on the scale and saw a number I haven’t seen in a long time, even with my shoes on! Happy dance for me!!

  • Was away last wk on vacation. Still went to the gym at resort every day 7am, walked the resort 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day and watched what i ate...salad,chicken,fish...i was sooo good. Even did pool aerobics... So upset when I got home and gained 2.5 lbs. Went back to trx 6am monday morning....and back to my routine....today is a good day to have a good day...just makes me work harder...

Sometimes travel is just stressful for your body and that alone can cause you to "gain". Be proud of how how great you did and your consistency will be rewarded!

  • Good morning! Hope everyone is having a productive day!

    I had a fun little hate workout session today lol... normally I stream a tv show when I work out (something I only watch at the gym so it's a treat) but today I put on my running music and busted a$$ for 35 min! I've been so stressed and stretched thin at work and home and it felt good to just push hard on the arc today.

    Eating hasn't been great but I'm trying. One foot in front of the other...

How do you guys find working out when you have a dog?

After I have been away at work for 9 hours I feel guilty going to the gym. I take her for walks but it’s not enough exercise for me

A roommate of mine had an older dog. She would get a baby carriage at a yard sale or thrift store and use it to push her dog in a walk. He enjoyed the view and she could go as far and as fast as she wanted.

Dogs love company. They probably don't care if you are lifting weights, riding an indoor bike, doing a workout video.... As long as they get to sit next to you. Hope the dog won't run off with the equipment :)
