Pea protein problems- Scored a huge can of organic plant protein at a great price. It's vanilla flavored and there's some other proteins mixed in but the pea really jumps out and punches you in the mouth!
I've tried these and here's what works
-coffee and lots of ice cubes
-banana, peanut butter, cocoa, or any combos of the 3
-1/8 strength in a vanilla chai latte. (sugar free)
upside is you get to drink 8 cups of chai for the gains!
doesn't work:
-any type of fruit based smoothie
-any tea. assam, earl grey, oolong, with milk, cream, no go
-matcha- the worst. Like literally drinking dirt.
Have you had any experience with this powder? Any ideas to make pea protein more palatable?
